TSA Mission
The Technology Student Association fosters personal growth, leadership, and opportunities in technology, innovation, design, and engineering. Members apply and integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts through co-curricular activities, competitive events, and related programs.

Named in honor of Justin Douglas Griffin — a standard of excellence in technology leadership, lifelong learning, and service. Founders set the tone, and this class established the culture and expectations of TSA at Paul International.
Why Griffin?
Justin Douglas Griffin is a technology executive, veteran educator, and lifelong servant leader whose career spans enterprise engineering, academic achievement, and community mentorship.

DC TSA President Elect · 2026–2027
In the chapter's first year of existence, Marisela was elected DC TSA State Secretary — representing Paul International at the state level before our chapter had even completed its first full year.
Recognized for her superior work and leadership, she was elected DC TSA President Elect for 2026–2027 — the highest student leadership role in the district's TSA organization.
She delivered her address at the University of the District of Columbia during the DC CTSO State Leadership Conference.

Recognizes the largest chapter growth in DC TSA — the PI Tech Network TSA chapter tripled in size, growing from 20 members in 2024–2025 to 60 members in 2025–2026.

2025–2026 American Red Cross Silver Award
The Paul Public Charter School DC TSA Chapter earned a national American Red Cross Silver Award for the 2025–2026 school year, recognized for fundraising and service in support of the American Red Cross — standing alongside TSA chapters from across the country, including Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and Virginia.
