1st in DC: Paul International Wins 2026 TSA State Conference
Seven podium finishes. Four gold medals. Two silver. One bronze. Paul International TSA finished first in the State of Washington, D.C. at the 2026 DC TSA State Conference — doubling the chapter's gold count from Year 1 to Year 2.
Paul Pirates Go 12–0: First Eastern Region Esports Championship
The Paul Pirates Street Fighter team capped a perfect 12–0 season by winning the Eastern Region Championship, defeating Sportin Waves 3–2 in the final — the first regional title in Paul International esports history. James Ferguson, Jaden Kendell, and Jabari Permenter led the charge.
Salutatorian Address · Class of 2026Khaleed Balogun Earns Full-Ride Scholarship to Montgomery College
PI Tech Network proudly congratulates senior member Khaleed Balogun, who has earned a full-ride scholarship to Montgomery College to study Computer Science Engineering in the Honors Program. Khaleed's achievement reflects the work ethic, talent, and leadership we build into every student in the network — and it's exactly the kind of classroom-to-career pathway PTN exists to create.
Khaleed also made history as DC TSA's first-ever State Reporter, serving as a state officer in 2025–2026 — a fitting origin for a future engineer who helped build a student news network.

Largest High School Chapter Growth Award — DC TSA 2026
DC TSA named Paul Public Charter School the largest chapter growth in the district — the PI Tech Network TSA chapter tripled in size, growing from 20 members in 2024–2025 to 60 in 2025–2026.

Three Teams, Three Semifinals: Paul International Dominates Eastern Region
Every single Paul International esports team — Street Fighter, NBA 2K, and Super Smash Bros. — advanced to the Eastern Region Semifinals. Street Fighter finished #1 in the region; NBA 2K took 2nd in the East; Smash Bros. took 2nd in DC.

Marisela Chirino Hernandez Elected DC TSA President Elect
In the chapter's very first year, Paul International's Marisela Chirino Hernandez rose from DC TSA State Secretary to President Elect — the highest student leadership position in the district. She delivered her address at the University of the District of Columbia.
